We have a confession to make. While we provide internships to some of the most talented ag students in the Midwest, MaxYield Cooperative benefits just as much as the interns from these experiences.

“Interns bring real value to MaxYield,” said Keith Heim, CEO. “Not only do they get to see what it’s like to work here as they learn more about their respective career areas, but it’s also a mutual job interview. We get to learn more about them and their abilities as we showcase what makes MaxYield unique.”

MaxYield has been fortunate to hire a number of excellent interns in the last two years who have become full-time team members, including agronomy specialists Cody Ostendorf and Kody Trampel. Through MaxYield’s on-campus recruitment efforts, we met Janie Imming and hired her as an agronomy specialist trainee. She has since been promoted to SciMax Solutions specialist.

“These young people have excelled at MaxYield and encourage us to make our internship program even stronger,” Heim said.
